A: No, the present "NewHauler Blue" is our brand color. The NewHauler Jr is finished in red but other colors are available for special order.

Q: How was The NewHauler developed?
A: The NewHauler is the product of a ten year development program, resulting in a design that has been issued two United States patents. It was designed out of the need to find a new and better way to haul bulk material such as manure, bedding and mulch. Before The NewHauler went on the market it was field tested for over 5 years. In those five years many changes were made to improve its dependability. We are constantly looking for ways to improve The NewHauler.

Q: What can the NewHauler be pulled with?
A: The NewHauler can be pulled with any vehicle that it can be hitched to. The recommended maximum speed is 5 mph. Three different hitch sizes are available that will allow the NewHauler to hook up to just about any vehicle. Click here for a diagram displaying hitch sizes

Q: Does the NewHauler come with a warranty?
A: The NewHauler comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the NewHauler simply return it to DD Farm products at 4349 Studley Road Mechanicsville, VA 23116 and we will refund the purchase price minus any shipping cost. We do retain the right to deduct from this refund any reasonable expenses to recondition the returned unit to resale condition. In addition DD Farm products offers a 6 month parts warranty - DOWNLOAD WARRANTY

Q: Is the NewHauler sold in stores?
A: Not at this time. The suggested retail price of the NewHauler is $969. This price is what you would pay, if you purchased the unit in a retail store. For now, DD Farm Products has made the decision to market the NewHauler through direct sales to the customer. This allows us to pass the "middle man" savings along to the customer. Due to the number of inquiries that we are receiving from retail outlets, this could change at any time.

Q: How is the NewHauler shipped?
A: The NewHauler is truck shipped. The unit is fastened to a pallet and shrink wrapped for protection. The size of the pallet has been designed to fit inside the bed of a standard size pickup truck. Our shipping includes delivery to the terminal where the customer can pick it up. This shipping method can save the customer up to $125.  Residential delivery is available if requested. The NewHauler comes 95% assembled.
Due to The NewHauler Jr compact size, it can be shipped by regular home delivery.

Q: Can a customer pick up the unit at DD Farm Products?
A: Yes, our warehouse in located in the central Virginia area. By appointment, a customer may come to the warehouse to take delivery. All units picked up at the warehouse are subject to a 5% Virginia sales tax.
